Blow Mold Tooling started out as a quality machine shop specializing in bottle blow molds, injection blow molds and stretch blow molds. In 1994 we expanded our capabilities by adding processing experience using a testing machine. Not only have we got the ability to unit test but also production test the finished tool. Blow Mold Tooling even provides training for injection blow machinery, on the set up and processing of the new tool.
Our goal was to establish a simulation of a production shop;

With controlled cooling systems.
With controlled air pressure.
Using water and oil temperature controllers for parison heating profiles.
